I went with Pumpkin today to Wal-Mart. It's been a while since I've been there. In part because I am driven to buy more things than I need. I figured I would let her choose (again!) things she might find interesting to eat and drink. She's had constipation for too long now. At time it gets better, others not quite. I bought her some berries and Cool Whip. I think that can help. And we went on to the juices. She bough one with Elmo in the front. Went to the yogurt section and picked some with granola and others with chocolate chips. Not sure if that will help but hopefully she'll feel tempted to eat something and not rely mostly on milk.
We started pulling things out of the cart to pay and this little girl, who was in front of us started talking with Pumpkin. She was a very chatty one and soon they were both talking about what they liked of the things that were in the cart. The juices, the coloring book, etc. She then turned to her mom and loudly said: "Mom, I want a dress just like hers. And a beautiful necklace like hers also".... Awww, it was so sweet. Just for a moment I thought about undressing my child and giving her the dress. But, 1. it wouldn't fit her, 2. I would have needed to get out of the line and buy her some clothes.
Oh, and I guess the undressing her in public part might have been an issue also.
