After my not so good experience with the vegan hot dog I was ready to try the faux hamburger. I think it was worse. I tried my best. I loaded it with cheese, tomatoes, ketchup AND barbecue sauce. Can you tell I was nervous? I began to eat it slowly convincing myself that it wasn't that bad, but then decided to throw it away after I ate a bit more that half of it. I don't like the idea of throwing food away, and this one is particularly expensive. But eating something that makes you want to gag just because you bought it, it's besides the point.
In the evening I went to my gymnastics class and after that I did what every smart woman would do... went to the grocery store AGAIN. This time I chose a box of Tomato and Basil Pizza Burgers. I am not sure if it tasted soo good, or was it simply because the other one was terrible. But success, I found something that I liked.
For the 2nd day I had the veggies burger, some of my4 bean salad and the pasta salad. And since I made a lot of it, that was pretty much what I ate the whole week.
