Yesterday while Pumpkin was in JA's lap, she says:

her - Daddy is so pretty, right? (while gently caressing his face)
me - Yes, he is. (daddy was melting at this point)

me - And, are you a princess?
her - Yes!
me - If you're a princess, what is daddy?
her - A prince!
me - Wow! And what is mommy? Is mommy a princess also?
her - No, not a princess...
me - No?? Then what am I?
her - You are... people.

Thank God we were not recording that conversation.
